 The Leach Theatre School Outreach Program provides educational opportunities and cultural enrichment to area youth.  These performances are available to public schools, private schools, and home schools.  Advance reservations are recommended, as these performances often fill quickly.

Miss Nelson has a Field Day

Recommended for: grades K-2 

Dallas Children’s Theater’s Miss Nelson has a Field Day, is based on the wildly popular “Miss Nelson” book series by James Marshall. Filled with music and resilience, the program is designed to promote language arts skills, measurement utilizing traditional and nontraditional measurement devices, and collaborating with others as the Smedley Tornadoes change their attitude, sharpen their skills, and manage to win the biggest game of the year.  (Ticket cost: $5 per student)

Audiences enter the worlds and iconic works of Da Vinci, Van Gogh, Picasso, and more in an acrobatic fantasy vision.
