About Leach Theatre

Leach Theatre is located in Rolla, Missouri, inside Castleman Hall on the campus of Missouri University of Science and Technology. Since opening in 1991, Leach Theatre has provided world class entertainment to the South Central Missouri area. 

Leach Theatre hosts an average of 100 events per academic year. Recent events have included diverse musical performances ranging from the Glenn Miller Orchestra to The Texas Tenors; energetic dance and movement troupes such as the Russian National Ballet and the Shangri-La Chinese Acrobats; dramatic presentations from renowned groups including Aquila Theatre, Barter Theatre, and the Reduced Shakespeare Company; musical theatre favorites like "Jersey Boys,"  "Million Dollar Quartet," "STOMP," and "Evita;" and engaging performers like magician Adam Trent.

The Missouri S&T Arts, Languages, & Philosophy Department's music and theatre programs bring numerous student performances to Leach Theatre as well as Castleman Hall's Black Box Theatre and other local venues throughout the year.  For more information on current student performances visit alp.mst.edu, call 573-341-4185, or visit the Arts, Languages & Philosophy Department office in 127 Castleman Hall.
