As a university venue, Leach Theatre gives priority to Missouri S&T student organizations and campus departments wishing to reserve space and services for their events; these groups may request use of the theatre up to one year in advance. Leach Theatre can also be reserved by off-campus and community organizations up to six months in advance.

- Theatre Holds 550 Seats.
- The stage floor is a suspended sprung floor covered with ¼” black Masonite usually painted flat-black in a late paint.
- The loading dock is located at the corner of 11th and Main. The dock is 44 inches high and is level with the stage. The loading dock door is approximately 8'0" wide by 9'0" tall.
