Standard lighting and sound equipment in the Leach Theatre is included in the usage fee. Charges for the digital projector or more complex technical support will apply. See the fee schedule for applicable charges.
Use of audio/visual services should be discussed when the facilities are reserved. Only Leach Theatre staff may operate Leach Theatre sound and lighting equipment. A minimum $10 per hour charge per technician for services will be assessed for any additional technical support.
Leach Theatre equipment and/or furnishings may not be removed from the premises without the approval of Leach Theatre management. Under no circumstances will permission be given to remove Leach Theatre equipment and/or furnishings from University property. Equipment leaving the Leach Theatre is subject to a rental fee.
Users who do not return equipment at the specified time will be charged $10 per day or a replacement fee.
