2018-2019 Leach Theatre School Outreach Program
The Leach Theatre School Outreach Program provides educational opportunities and cultural enrichment to area youth. These performances are available to public schools, private schools, and home schools. Advance reservations are recommended, as these performances often fill quickly.
MOMIX: Opus Cactus

Known internationally for presenting work of exceptional inventiveness and physical beauty, MOMIX is a company of dancer-illusionists under the direction of Moses Pendleton. “Opus Cactus” takes audiences on a visual and sensory journey through the natural wonders of the American Southwestern desert, with Pendleton’s signature illusionistic style creating dynamic images of cactuses, slithering lizards, and fire dancers. The combination of pure physicality mixed with artistic beauty has made “Opus Cactus” an audience favorite. (Ticket cost: $5 per student)
